On branding + heart.

2 years ago I was interviewed by Dorthe Enger, where I talked about “branding from the heart” … Somehow, marketing and branding got bad rep. oftentimes embodying the act of tricking people into buying more things they don’t need. It’s understandable – given the current level of consumerism here in North America (as I am writing this après my Boxing day shopping spree)… That being said, I believe, this universal life rule applies to marketing, too.

It’s what you make of it…

Marketing and branding is really the act of making someone’s product or services more accessible to the public. Just like a highlighter makes a statement more prominent on the page, marketing + branding make your true potential as a business owner stand out, and be visible (different) in the crowded marketplace.
