Pocket-size your dream

Don’t dream big. Pocket-size your dream. Make it portable and dense. Like a solid pack of goodness that was born somewhere deep in your heart, and somehow got manifested into this brick of pocket-sized vision.

Big. Big is heavy. Big might block the sun. And, you know, we need the sun. (Please send more sun our way.) Big is visible from afar. And, remember, your dream is so good, and so delicious that, naturally, someone else will want it, too. Now, by default, your dream belongs to you – not to worry. No one can take it away from you. BUT. There are destructors. They are non-dreamers, or those lurking around in the darkness of the shadow of their own BIG dream.

Pocket-size your dream. Cozy it up in an inside pocket of your favourite jacket. Lovingly pat it a few times a day – as if saying “I know, you are there. And I know you are growing. Not in size, but in your invisible power. To give me the strength to get going. To have faith. To keep my face up. Towards the sun.”

Pocket-size your dream.
